Comprehensive Programs from Weight Loss to Sports Performance

Knowing your physiological levels enables you to focus your most valuable resource—time. Each program at the CCHSS starts with finding your current levels of exercise abilities and performance measures. Your optimal fitness and health program is designed around your needs, levels, preferences and available time.

At CCHSS, we provide an assessment program that is unique in scope and depth. Our exercise programs take place in a one-on-one setting in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Assessment Options:

Body Composition testing using the InBody 720 gives a projection of ideal weight, actual muscular mass and resting metabolism.

VO2 Max not only measures fitness, but gives you a precise target heart rate plan for your metabolism so you can exercise with better results.

Foot/Gait Analysis measures foot structure, optimal shoe types and in-shoe support options to keep you moving pain-free with greater efficiency.

Essentials Health/Performance Profile combines foot function, strength, power, balance, posture, walking mechanics, and VO2 Max. Compare yourself against average results for your gender/age group so you can focus your exercise efforts for greater weight loss or performance.

Key Exercise Options:

Smart Steps is a phased assessment and exercise intervention program that over 3, 90 minute sessions provides body composition, VO2 Peak, Strength and Gait/Foot Analysis with exercise programming. After 8 weeks, you will be up and going with a personalized program that is tuned to your needs and exercise preferences.

Mentor Exercise is an eight-month program, using 90-minute sessions to develop a program and exercise knowledge. After each session, you apply the information and routine, then return for another session 30 days later to review exercises, add new one, and get an update for the next month. After 8 months you will know your best routine, variations and the basic principles of effective exercise so you can successfully exercise with maximum results.
